The problem:
It is hard to vote.
The solution:
A: Voter has a printer:

B: Voter does not have a printer:
Voter fills out a short online form.
Paper forms arrive via snail mail.
Create the solution:
Connect voters with volounteers.
A: Prospective voter submits Name, Address, etc at votebugger.com.
B: Volounteer prints and mails the voting forms with the voters info.

Nerds: help create the open source site.
Volounteers: organize your people to print and mail.
